- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans in collaboration with the care team and residents’ families
- Administer medications safely and maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to healthcare assistants and other team members
- Ensure compliance with infection control, health & safety, and all relevant regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
