- Conducting research and qualitative analysis to inform project outcomes
- Assisting in the design and delivery of workshops and client presentations
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Participating in internal meetings and learning sessions to build your consulting skills

- MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent HR qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in consultancy/professional advisory
- Evidence of complex project management experience
- Strong understanding of psychometrics, recruitment and talent advisory
- Flexibility to travel as required
