
Group QHSE Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a positive, proactive safety-first culture across all sites.
- Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Keep the business aligned with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001) and evolving legislation.
- Provide expert advice and training to staff and managers at all levels.
- Report directly to senior management, shaping strategy and best practice.
- Be the point of contact for regulators and external audits.
- Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
- 5 years + experience at this level.
- Experience managing QHSE across multiple sites in construction, manufacturing, or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE law, standards, and ISO systems.
- The ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively with teams at all levels.
