
Pharmacy Store Manager - Hickey's Terenure

- We are looking for someone who is fully flexible from Monday to Sunday and who is dynamic and energetic to join our team.
- Full-time: 40 Hours
- Supported in-store by an excellent team and a support office
- Rosters are published up to 8 weeks in advance
- Excellent training and support structures are also available centrally from our management team
- Analysing daily, weekly, monthly sales figures to ensure store profitability.
- Ensuring that high standards are maintained for our customers and teams
- Management of stock and cash in line with company procedures
- Supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Understanding and meeting the commercial needs of the business
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- Developing strong relationships with our customers
- Efficient management of store operations, including cost management & rostering efficiency
- Effective performance management of colleagues including appraisals, disciplining, coaching, motivation & mentoring
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation
- Leading team behaviour to ensure customers and colleagues realise that they are at the core of our business
- Building strong working relationships within the instore team and across the business
- Fostering a learning environment, consistently developing employee knowledge and skills through formal and informal training and mentoring
- Providing direction and motivation to deal with challenges and celebrating success
- 2 years Store Manager/ People Manager experience – within a Pharmacy setting would be preferable but not essential
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
- Previous Dispensary experience preferred
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- The ability to work in a busy environment and handle challenging situations
- Positivity, drive and enthusiasm with the ability that takes responsibility and makes decisions
- Strong commercial acumen
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
