Finance Process Manager

• Represent the European Finance Team on business/product/system expansion.
• Understand the impact of changes on existing finance processes, reporting and accounting.
• Work with the wider team to manage resolution of accounting and reconciliation issues.
• Develop and agree new changes to existing processes, as appropriate.
• Implement required changes, including reporting changes.
• Manage SOX implementation for the European finance insurance team.
• Support internal and external audit processes, as required.
• Help to develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting and financial controls across the Company.
• Support finance transformation to drive process and system improvements to enable

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with relevant financial services experience ideally in the Insurance sector
• Strong communication skills
• Previous consultancy and/or project/process experience or an interest in moving away from the month end process.
