A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee its group-wide AP function across multiple geographies. This is a key leadership role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to drive process improvements, optimise systems, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop the AP team to ensure strong performance and collaboration.Take ownership of AP operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Streamline and standardise processes to create consistency across all group entities.Drive system optimisation and automation within ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business)CentralOversee invoice processing, reconciliations, and VAT submissions in a high-volume environment.Act as the main point of contact for AP-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.Deliver regular reporting on AP performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Support wider finance initiatives, including cash flow forecasting and process improvement projects.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience leading an AP function across multiple entities or regionsStrong track record managing high-volume transaction processingKnowledge of VAT compliance across different jurisdictionsBackground in process improvement and automation, ideally with ERP systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesExcellent problem-solving ability, with strong analytical and communication skillsExposure to finance transformation or shared services environments a distinct advantageFamiliarity with digital workflows and automation tools is a plusMeet Your Consultant
