You will build on Osborne great network of connections, whilst seeking new organisations to introduce Osborne Recruitment & Talent Solutions.Our clients span across multiples sectors and industries, private and public sector delivering Excellent Permanent, Contract and Temporary Staffing Solutions.Bringing your experienced with a Consultancy or Agency background with a proven track record in recruiting Retained and Contingent recruitment. itsOur Business Development team will be there to support as needed.Key Responsibilities:Delivery of full recruitment processes for Permanent, Contract & Temporary in Office/ Business Support or Accountancy and Finance Recruitment.
Partner with clients to deeply understand their business, culture, and leadership requirements, be trusted advisor offering market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent solutions tailored to their leadership needs.
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, always maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Proactive business development, growing and deepening relationships to develop trusted, strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Networking throughout the Galway region, being a subject matter expert for your candidates and clients, and an Osborne Brand Ambassador.
Using modern sourcing methods to find the best Talent.
Recruit, develop and build a team of successful Recruiter, smashing targets, achieving office goals.
Leading by example with excellent Client and Candidate experienceAbout You:Minimum of 5 years' recruitment experience in a Consultancy or Agency.
With 2 years in a people leadership role.
A Consultative approach with Proven track record developing and maintaining key client Relationships for repeat business.
Successful achievement of Financial and Business Objectives.
A consultative approach with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
A self-starter who is proactive, organised with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Educated to degree level desirable.
Who thrives in a high-performance environment, understands the importance of building relationships, networking and going the extra mile to find excellent financial talent for your client.
Fully authorised with valid work permit to work in ROIWhat We Offer:This role is based in our office (Monday - Thursday) with WFH Fridays.
