Are you an early riser with a keen eye for detail and a friendly approach? Join our team as a Breakfast Buffet Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and well-stocked breakfast experience for our guests.   • Start work early with shifts beginning at 6:00 AM to prepare the breakfast buffet area.
  • Set up the cold buffet spread with fresh and appealing products, ensuring everything is presented according to health and safety standards.
  • Continuously monitor and restock buffet items throughout the breakfast service to maintain an inviting and plentiful display.
  • Clear and replenish buffet items promptly after the breakfast service has finished.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and assist with inventory management of breakfast supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the buffet area, tables, and service equipment before, during, and after service.
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth breakfast operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Punctual and reliable with the ability to commit to early morning starts.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to restocking and cleaning.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous hospitality or buffet service experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Basic numeracy skills for stock-taking and inventory purposes.
