- Oversee Suppliers and Service Providers activities ensuring they meet contracted obligations in a safe, effective and efficient manner and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the preparation and control of department and facility related operational budgets.
- Be available as part of after-hours Facilities Emergency Contact rota.
- Acts as go-to person in relation to all facilities/project/fit out/crisis management activities on site ensuring timely solutions and identification and removal of potential roadblocks
- Develops a close working relationship with client key stakeholders and all facilities management vendors to ensure that they fully understand the client culture and become partners in delivering a high-quality service
- Has ability to address minor technical repairs and is first point of contact relating to all building issues including out of hours escalations
- Point of contact for client to log issues
- Monitor PPM schedules, O&M’s, warranties, Task System, Asset & Life Cycle Registers
- Responsible for Health & Safety during events, including contractor supervision, reviewing of H&S documentation
- Facilities Management, Property Management, Construction Management or similar qualification desired, but not required.
- Trades background with previous experience of working within a facilities/ maintenance/ property/ construction management environment is an advantage.
