
Rooms Division Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the Front Office and Accommodation departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Implement and monitor standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and departmental KPIs.
- Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective yield management in collaboration with the Reservations team.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, control operational expenses, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, analyse performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Proven experience in a Rooms Division or Front Office/Accommodation leadership role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Sound knowledge of PMS systems and hotel management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
