- Produce technical layouts and conceptual drawings (2D AutoCAD)
- Create tailored proposals and assist in estimating costs and pricing
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and leadership teams
- Support sales pipeline tracking and CRM updates
- Represent the company at trade shows and client presentations
- Lead sales efforts for select sectors (e.g. food or pharma)
- 4+ years in automation, packaging, or machinery manufacturing
- Strong AutoCAD 2D skills; 3D/animation tools like SolidWorks, Blender or RoboDK a bonus
- Comfortable interpreting and shaping complex solutions
- A team player with commercial instincts and attention to detail
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
