Site Manager – Residential HousingLocation: Tullamore, Co. OffalySalary: €100,000 – €120,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established property development company with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential housing across Ireland. With a development pipeline spanning several years, they are committed to creating practical, modern homes that balance functionality and design.As Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day site operations on a large-scale, multi-phase housing scheme. The project includes a diverse mix of unit types and will be delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure deadlines are met
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design, specifications, and health & safety standards
Liaise with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Design team to manage progress, quality, and costs
Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and site management best practices
Ability to manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Full driving licence required
