I am seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, for a fantastic main contractor. You’ll manage staff, subcontractors, and logistics, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Project locations vary however the majority will be located in Dublin, Midlands and Tipperary. This role will suit an experienced Site Manager that is comfortable with travel.What You’ll DoReport to the Project / Contracts Manager with weekly & monthly updatesLead, manage, and motivate site teams and subcontractorsPlan and coordinate site programmes, resources, and logisticsEnsure work is carried out to the latest drawings, specs & regulationsMaintain high standards of health, safety, environment & quality (SHEQ)Oversee induction, toolbox talks, permits, RAMS & inspectionsWork closely with the QS on cost control and commercial mattersMonitor quality and propose design or process improvementsMaintain accurate progress records, photos, and reports(Procore or similar)
