• Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using:

• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph API
• Adaptive Cards, Microsoft Identity Platform, Dataverse, Visual Studio
• Migrate legacy applications to cloud-native Microsoft solutions following best practices.
• Participate in solution design and data analysis to meet business goals.
• Conduct robust testing and quality assurance.
• Provide technical support and system maintenance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess and integrate complex product solutions.
• Support agile delivery processes and project management activities as needed.

• 2+ years of software development experience with strong client-side tech (TypeScript, React, Angular).
• Proven experience designing and delivering low-code/no-code business solutions.
• Solid knowledge of system integration via RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online.
• Version control proficiency using Git (branching, PRs, collaboration workflows).

• SPFx development experience.
• Office Add-ins (especially Word & Outlook).
• PowerShell scripting with PnP PowerShell.
• Microsoft Teams development and Azure (Functions, Key Vault, Storage).
• Microsoft Graph API experience.
• Experience in legal or professional services industries.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), strong communication, and stakeholder engagement.
