- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with My Life culture and objectives
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations and handle workplace issues professionally
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Manage the co-ordination of training and development initiatives
- Manage the maintenance of employee records and HR documentation
- Lead the process of workforce planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- HR Certification / CIPD membership desirable
- Experience in strategic HR planning and organisational development
