
Technical Sales Engineer

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging new customers.
- Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and customer meetings (some travel across Europe expected).
- Research and identify potential customers, arranging sales calls and meetings.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations, facility tours, and post-sales support.
- Prepare quotations and manage customer follow-ups.
- Support contract processes including review of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Collaborate with project teams by joining weekly customer calls.
- Stay up to date on new company products and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales logs.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 3+ years' experience in consultative sales, ideally in MedTech, manufacturing, or software.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong technical interest in engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication, networking, and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
