
Injection Moulding Engineer

- Lead the introduction of new tools, from initial trials and set-up to qualification and production handover.
- Contribute to the design and debugging of new systems, tooling, and automation.
- Execute and complete IQ, OQ, and PQ validation reports.
- Improve yields and efficiency through designed experiments and optimized process setups.
- Serve as a primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and toolmakers.
- Manage moulding process systems, including control sheets and deviation management.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and technical support.
- Collaborate daily with teams across the organization, including the tool room, maintenance, production, and quality.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs for moulding equipment.
- A degree in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume moulding environment.
- Proven experience with cleanroom procedures and medical moulding.
- Highly skilled in process setup and validation, including performing process window studies.
- Systematic and effective troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical issue resolution.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Lean Six Sigma or SIM/RJG process setup experience is a plus.
