They prioritise long-term client relationships, with repeat business being a significant portion of their work. In refurbishment, they've handled complex projects like converting a warehouse into a modern office for a major technology client, involving structural alterations, extensive fit-outs, and infrastructure updates.They've also worked on mission-critical data centres for international clients in Ireland and have completed significant hotel and leisure projects, such as a renovation of the renowned Temple Bar Hotel and a visitor centre for a prominent distillery.About Your New JobAs a site manager on a fit-out job you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure it runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. The site will ensure that the fit-out project is completed efficiently, on time, and to the required standards, while managing various teams and keeping communication channels open with the client. What You Need For This Job
  • 5+ years working as a site manager, site supervisor, or site foreman in the construction industry.
  • Previous experience in fit out or retrofit out projects.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Degree/Diploma in Construction or Related Field.
