Morgan McKinley is working with an established brand in Cork who are looking for a Marketing Executive on a 6 month contract who is immediately available to start.Looking for a proactive and commercially focused Marketing Executive to join a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end campaigns, creating compelling content, and driving measurable business outcomes across multiple products and teams.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, retention, and broader business objectives

Work closely with stakeholders to develop clear, actionable briefs and define KPIs

Monitor and report on campaign performance, applying a test-and-learn approach

Create and manage content across digital, email, social, and offline platforms

Support content production, including video, internal communications, and quick-turnaround materials

Ensure brand consistency across all outputs, supporting audits and rebrand initiatives as needed

Collaborate with sales, product, and customer teams to ensure alignment and support on marketing needs

Assist in compiling monthly reports and insights for senior stakeholders

About You:

2+ years' experience in marketing or a similar role; healthcare is a bonus

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently

Confident communicator with experience working cross-functionally

Commercially aware, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities

A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred but not essential
