- Manage your assigned section of the kitchen and prepare dishes to the required standard
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times
- Supervise and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff as needed
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Adhere to HACCP regulations and follow food safety protocols
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining environment
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure setting
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
