The participant would have the opportunity to work in a busy office environment with the opportunity to learn new skills. The successful participant will be trained & mentored in the following: Processing requests, ensuring alignment with company procedures Maintaining a systematic filing system (manual and computerized) Professionally answering phone calls and responds promptly to employee and customer inquiries Effectively communicates Monitors company activities and updates calendar of events Welcomes customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner Updating website Doing graphics Social MediaRole Description Role Description This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP.
