Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Dublin 1 (Fully Onsite)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 3-month temporary contract with high potential for extensionWe are seeking a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator with strong scheduling experience to join a busy recruitment team during their peak graduate and campus recruitment season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, with a strong eye for detail and proven experience supporting high-volume recruitment activity.You will work closely with a team of Recruitment Coordinators and report to the Recruitment Manager, ensuring seamless candidate and stakeholder experience throughout a very busy hiring period.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
  • Serve as the key point of contact for candidates, sending interview confirmations, follow-ups, and logistics
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including packs, assessments, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support the campus recruitment team with logistics for events, careers fairs, and on-campus interviews
  • Liaise daily with hiring managers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to manage and adjust complex schedules
  • Collaborate with a team of Recruitment Coordinators to ensure consistent and timely coordination
  • Take ownership of key administrative processes and contribute to process improvements
Ideal Profile:
  • Proven experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, Scheduler, or HR Administrator role
  • Strong background in graduate or campus recruitment coordination is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts, shifting schedules, and competing deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a highly organised approach
  • Comfortable using Outlook and working within an ATS or HR system
  • Available to work fully onsite and available immediately
