
Product Delivery Manager

- Define and execute product delivery roadmaps for data products across the Employee Platforms ecosystem.
- Collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a clear understanding of new features being delivered into the ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams through product delivery lifecycles from concept to deployment and assure feedback loops are enabled.
- Manage vendor relationships for service delivery.
- Oversee rollouts of new end-user technologies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for product delivery initiatives.
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Present project status, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Manage change management processes for technology transitions and upgrades aligned to product delivery.
- Formal training or certificate in Computer Science, Information technology and proficient advanced experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or technology delivery roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with end-user compute technologies and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience in big data platforms, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology projects.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or vendor-specific certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, etc.).
- Experience with digital workplace transformation initiatives.
- Background in IT service delivery or technology consulting.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI-powered endpoint management, zero trust security models, and hybrid work solutions.
- Experience with cloud-native development and deployment; knowledge of AWS cloud services is a plus.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle and version control practices.
