The Employee Platforms team is excited to invest in Dublin, establishing an engineering hub focused on the growth and application of innovative technologies to enhance the experience of our 300k+ employees.As a Product Delivery Manager at JP Morgan Chase within the Employee Platforms team, you will lead the delivery of data product solutions across the Employee Platforms organisation. You will drive the planning and execution of data-related products, supporting the Employee Platforms landscape, including at-desk, laptops, mobile and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) initiatives. Your technical knowledge of data practices and proven experience in managing complex product delivery lifecycles will be key to your success in this role, while contributing to a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.J.P.   • Define and execute product delivery roadmaps for data products across the Employee Platforms ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a clear understanding of new features being delivered into the ecosystem.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product delivery lifecycles from concept to deployment and assure feedback loops are enabled.
  • Manage vendor relationships for service delivery.
  • Oversee rollouts of new end-user technologies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for product delivery initiatives.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Present project status, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Manage change management processes for technology transitions and upgrades aligned to product delivery.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Formal training or certificate in Computer Science, Information technology and proficient advanced experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or technology delivery roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with end-user compute technologies and enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience in big data platforms, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and big data technologies.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology projects.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or vendor-specific certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, etc.).
  • Experience with digital workplace transformation initiatives.
  • Background in IT service delivery or technology consulting.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI-powered endpoint management, zero trust security models, and hybrid work solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-native development and deployment; knowledge of AWS cloud services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle and version control practices.
