This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with experience in the Window and Door or Glazing industry to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.What's on Offer:

- Developing and executing the regional business strategy in alignment with the national roadmap.
- Leading the regional sales team to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
- Building strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring smooth order-to-installation processes, scheduling, supply chain, and quality control.
- Recruiting , coaching, and retaining top-tier talent within the region.
- Creating development plans and conducting performance evaluations.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums.
- Previous experience in a senior sales or contracts manager role within the window and door industry is essential
- Established contacts and networks in the West of Ireland are beneficial
- Innovative and adaptable approach to attaining results.
- Great people management skills and attention to detail.
- Full clean Driver's license is essential.
