- Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).
- Maintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.
- Analyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.
- Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.
- Ensure accurate storage and version control of documents in compliance with project document control procedures.
- Liaise with external consultants and contractors to ensure their documentation complies with project standards.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health & Safety (HSE) initiatives by assisting with audits and ensuring document-related compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar site-based role
- High level of verbal and written English is essential
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous
