Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentWe are partnering with our client, a leading Top 20 accountancy and taxation practice with a strong presence in the Northeast, to hire an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join a busy and growing payroll bureau team. This role is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Salary: 38k-45k DOEBenefits:Flexible working hours with a 4.5-day weekPaid professional membership (e.g. IPASS)24 AL (Option to accrue additional annual leave)Funded CPD and continuous learning opportunitiesCareer development and progression supportPaid volunteering dayTravel insuranceFree parkingSocial, CSR and wellbeing initiativesDiscounts across gym, retail, travel and moreOnsite facilities including food truck and games roomKey Responsibilities:Payroll ProcessingProcess weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls using BrightpayReview and validate timesheets prior to processingCalculate statutory payments (sick pay, maternity, paternity, etc.) and holiday payManage benefits in kind (BIK) within payrollMaintain pension records and liaise with providersPrepare and process salary paymentsIssue payslips in line with payroll deadlinesSubmit PAYE returns to Revenue and manage related paymentsClient ManagementManage a portfolio of payroll clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsDeliver high-quality payroll services within agreed timelinesSupport proposals and client presentations where requiredKey Requirements:2-3+ years' experience in a payroll bureau environmentIPASS qualified (or equivalent)Strong knowledge of Irish payroll (PAYE, PRSI, USC, BIK, ROS, etc.)High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple clients and deadlinesExperience supporting or mentoring junior team members (desirable)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, organised and solutions-focusedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentFor more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Paula Tavares or call Osborne Recruitment on 041 986 5058.
