Overtime and on call allowances)Pension plan, bonus scheme, life assurance, plus discounts and perksGenerous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell ‘A focus on continued personal developmentPaid time off work for volunteering in the communityAccess to an Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyleWhat you’ll do:Follow company QHSE procedures, maintain awareness of all regulations, and ensure compliance with safety practices and quality standards, including Standard Working Instructions (SWI) usage.Ensure the completion of repairs, testing and overhauls on equipment (such as generators, fluid chillers, air handlers, pumps and air conditioning units and electrical equipment) in accordance with deadlines and ISO standards.Provide technical assistance, support, and training to Aggreko staff helping to contribute to optimum team performance and productivity, striving to continuously improve service delivery and quality.Report and document component failures, ensuring that work orders are completed in accordance with company standards, including details on parts, labour, and any additional required information.You will have some of the following skills and experience:Educated to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering/mechanical/electrical or refrigeration subject (can include apprenticeship)Experience servicing, repairing large engines (generators, HGV, plant equipment, agricultural machinery or any temperature control products including chillers and air handlers)Refrigerant Handling (F Gas) CITB BrazingGood organisational & communication skillsGood level of PC literacy including basic experience in MS Office applicationsWell organised and capable of keeping vehicle to GSCS standardsMust hold a full, clean and valid driving licenceBring your energy. Positions holders are typically field based focusing on the delivery of planned maintenance programs to ensure reliable and safe asset operation. Activities include:

Coordinating and undertaking a range of maintenance activities within defined operating procedures
Conducting safety inspections and complying with Aggreko's safety regulation
Providing first level technical advice to customers
May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems

Accountability Level:Experienced operations/technical/support roles. Requires knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Knowledgeable with adequate skills for independent application. Varied work activities performed. Individual responsibility / degree of utonomy.Limited guidance neededHolds appropriate letter of electrical authorisation. Works across equipment aspects of mechanical, electrical and temperature control.Key Responsibilities:

Perform major mechanical interventions / overhauls and electrical system servicing to defined service intervals and in line with standard operating procedures and work instructions
Carry out intermediate mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnostics on both power and TC equipment
Ensure the completion of minor repairs and major overhauls on time, to standard and within agreed budgets for both specific repairs and overall department budgets.
Assist, support and train service crew.
Intermediate Installation & Commissioning , for example commissioning of multiple canopy generators, single containerized generator, nominal temp chiller / multiple AC’s, heaters, compressors etc to LV/HV distribution.
