Carry out daily cleaning tasks in line with hygiene and safety schedules
Use appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals as directed
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times
Follow all HACCP and Health & Safety guidelines
Assist Chefs with tasks as required during service
Unload and store food and deliveries appropriately

Requirements:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is essential
