€36,000 - €38,000 DOEAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Production Operator/Mixer to join our dairy production team. Working in the Raw Milk Processing area, you will be responsible for producing batches according to the production plan, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with SOPs. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain machinery used in mixing, pasteurizing, and homogenisation processesEnsure production runs efficiently and consistently, meeting quality standardsMaintain a clean, sanitary, and safe production environmentFollow company SOPs and production schedulesSupport the Production Manager with additional duties as requiredBe flexible with work schedules and available for overtime when neededSkills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, including milk handling, batch making, and culturingExperience operating and maintaining dairy production machineryComputer literacy is essentialStrong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skillsPhysically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWorking HoursMonday to Friday (no night shift)Early mornings and late evenings required based on production needsShift patterns include:4:00am - 1:00pm6:00am - 3:00pm2:00pm - 11:00pm
