Excel Recrutment is actively looking for an experienced Chef to join our client in Lismore, Co.WaterfordThis is a regular 12 hour shift @ €20 per hour.Job Responsibilities;

Preparing high-quality meals while maintaining top food safety and hygiene standards
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Managing prep and stock levels to keep service running efficiently
Adapting to customer needs, including dietary preferences and restrictions
Upholding a consistent standard of excellence in every dish

Ideal Candidate;

Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in contract catering
A passion for cooking and delivering great food
Flexibility with weekly availability
Manual Handling & HACCP certification (Training can be arranged)
A culinary qualification is a plus, but not essential
