- Take responsibility for the day to day running of the Reception as per department standards and procedures, ensuring all inquiries about club membership and fitness classes/ services are answered promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the scheduling of staff and services.
- Always ensure a high standard of customer care .
- Greet all guests and members professionally.
- Enforce all company health and safety regulations, to include carrying out pool checks.
- Take responsibility for pre bookings and bookings of all services and classes offered and ensure that the billing of guest services is carried out correctly and in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date on promotional offers and sell services to guests as per targets set, supporting the department in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and a high standard of presentation of the desk/reception area.
- Any other duties as may be required by from time to time.
- Minimum 1 years experience in a hotel reception
- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
- Ability to listen and communicate well.
- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Fluent in English
