
Hotel Front Office Receptionist

- Handles all guests reservations via phone & email in an efficient manner in accordance with company standards
- Experience of dealing with group bookings from enquiry to arrival
- Proactive upselling of all outlets within the hotel
- Be initiative-taking with an ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion and possess strong attention to detail
- Attends daily communication meeting to inform all teams of arrivals /revenue stats & selling rates
- Experience working as part of a reception team in a 3 star or higher hotel.
- Previous experience working with Opera Cloud an advantage.
- Good Organisation and administration skills with a high level of attention to details.
- Highly motivated and Team Player.
- High level of Professional English, other languages a plus.
- Professional smart appearance required.
- Positive Outgoing attitude, willingness to go above and beyond for our guests experience.
