
Maintenance Technician

- Diagnose and repair major process equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, and compressed air systems. Experience with electrical and electronic systems is a strong advantage.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Maximize production efficiency by promptly restoring equipment to full operational capacity.
- Log all equipment breakdowns in the maintenance management system.
- Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks and recommend enhancements to PM programs.
- Ensure essential spare parts are stocked for all critical equipment and processes.
- Communicate important updates to management and relevant departments, including notifications of existing or potential issues, repair timelines, and equipment status.
- Coordinate with vendors, site contractors, and external specialists performing work on site.
- Actively participate in the site safety team, promoting and adhering to all safety standards and practices.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to support smooth daily operations and production continuity.
- Proven hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting of pumps, motors, and grinding/milling machines.
- A proactive team player with strong initiative and ability to work collaboratively within the maintenance team.
- Solid background in mechanical and electrical systems; experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments is desirable but not required.
