Your main areas of responsibility will include:
  • Providing IT support for all employees in Ireland, in line with company-wide practices
  • Maintaining and configuring user accounts and access permissions
  • Procuring and setting up PCs, phones, and related equipment
  • Installing and managing software and business applications
  • Administering servers and network-connected devices
  • Offering responsive end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Setting up and maintaining hardware such as printers, video conferencing systems, and peripherals
  • Ensuring data security and availability through regular backups and best-practice security protocols
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT infrastructure fundamentals
