- Providing IT support for all employees in Ireland, in line with company-wide practices
- Maintaining and configuring user accounts and access permissions
- Procuring and setting up PCs, phones, and related equipment
- Installing and managing software and business applications
- Administering servers and network-connected devices
- Offering responsive end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Setting up and maintaining hardware such as printers, video conferencing systems, and peripherals
- Ensuring data security and availability through regular backups and best-practice security protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT infrastructure fundamentals
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team
- Self-driven with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on service and reliability
