- 2+ year Experience and be capable of working within a quality driven operation
- Fluent English both oral and written.
- WSET level 3 Awards in wine or Sommelier Diploma or studying towards.
- Previous experience in a fine dining hotel restaurant environment.
- Good understanding of service within a restaurant.
- Great presentation.
- Ability to interact with guests.
- Upselling techniques.
- A well organised approach and be reliable and a team player.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekend.
- Please note this role requires an element of manual handling and some heavy lifting.
