- You will be required to work as part of a team and take instruction.
- You will have the required ability to work in all sections of the kitchen.
- You will be required to assist in the preparation of modified diets.
- Qualification completed in Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, City & Guilds, etc. - copy of certification will be required.
- Previous experience working as a chef in high volume environment, or production kitchens.
- Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training will be required, and can be supplied at registration.
- Visa or GNIB (if applicable)
- International Police Clearance (if lived abroad 6+ months)

- Candidates with their own transport will be able to increase their hours if they are flexible to work in other locations.
