  • A company known for its advanced instrumentation and high-quality laboratory solutions are looking for an Office Coordinator to join the team.
About Your New Job
  • Maintain office and health & safety records, manage post, and support office projects.
  • Ensure up-to-date records on site, including risk assessments, fire drills, and equipment testing.
  • Host contractors, manage quotes and invoices, and oversee contractor induction and KPI monitoring.
  • Conduct workplace inspections, manage KPI scorecards, and handle first aid box checks.
  • Manage deliveries, warehouse compliance, and FedEx in/out processes.
What Skills You Need
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a high-profile environment.
  • Ability to manage service disruptions and provide proactive problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and computer literacy.
