- What You’ll DoManage the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring systems, processes, and resources are well organised.
- Handle & delegate all reservations within the team across 9 Restaurants
- Manage the reservations team with reporting, scheduling, and general administration.
- Oversee office communications, handling phone, email, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Liaise with senior management, chefs, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain office systems (including reservations software and databases), ensuring information is up to date and compliant.
- Coordinate all logistics for events in conjuction with clients
- Assist with HR administration including onboarding, rotas, and staff records.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and service providers.
- About YouProven experience in office management, administration, or a coordination role (hospitality background a plus but not essential).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple teams.
- Comfortable using reservations or CRM systems (7Rooms/OpenTable experience an advantage).
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
