- Lead global launch strategy for assigned products
- Translate Product Truth into clear launch frameworks for markets
- Define launch objectives, core messaging pillars, and education priorities
- Ensure launch materials operate within regulatory guardrails
- Partner with Marketing Communications for execution of campaign assets
- Coordinate regional alignment and ensure market readiness
- Facilitate global launch reviews and readiness checkpoints
- Ensure all launch and live messaging adheres to approved claims framework
- Partner with Regulatory to review any proposed deviations or expansions
- Approve core live product assets prior to release
- Maintain master claims and positioning documentation
- Review regional materials as needed.
- Govern Wellness product packaging through the GDCO process
- Ensure packaging aligns with approved claims and positioning
- Support lifecycle-driven packaging updates via GDCO workflows
- Monitor product performance metrics (revenue, volume, feedback)
- Analyse trends and recommend optimisation strategies
- Lead lifecycle planning including refreshes, repositioning, extensions, or sunset decisions
- Provide pricing and promotional input in collaboration with Finance and Sales
- Act as commercial owner within cross-functional product teams
- Partner with NPD on roadmap input and future enhancements
- Align with Supply Chain on demand planning inputs
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders across global markets
- Maintain live product dashboards and performance reporting
- Support structured handover from NPD Commercial to Product Management
- Ensure launch documentation and positioning frameworks are archived and governed
- Updating and creation of relevant team SOP's and Work Instructions.
- Become a super user of the company Project Management Software.
- Collaborate with global colleagues across multiple time zones, making reasonable accommodations for meetings that may occasionally take place during evening hours to support effective communication and teamwork.
- Completes all company training and follows established policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product marketing or management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Project Management Tools (Smartsheet preferred but not essential), and analytics software.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Attention to detail and complex information required.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work with various personalities and cultures required.
- Fluent English essential.
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
