- Between 18 and 24 months’ experience in an administrative role within a professional environment
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while taking initiative and working collaboratively
- Supporting audit teams and managers throughout various stages of the audit lifecycle
- Preparing, issuing, and acquiring letters requesting audit evidence from external third parties
- Liaising with audit teams and third parties to resolve queries promptly
- Preparing reports, letters, and other documents including branding, proofreading, and formatting
- Providing audit-specific administrative support as required
- Contributing to the development of best practices and continuous improvement within the DDC
- Embracing flexible and remote working techniques to support efficient service delivery
