- Manage wedding enquiries and conduct show arounds for prospective couples
- Excellent team management skills
- Plan and coordinate weddings from initial enquiry to the wedding day
- Build strong relationships with couples and understand their vision
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and event documentation (BEOs/function sheets)
- Coordinate with hotel departments and external suppliers
- Manage timelines, invoices, and final billing
- Ensure all event details including dietary requirements and room setups are confirmed
- Strong reporting and strategy planning (previously)
- To achieve targets
- Understanding of marketing and collaborating with Marketing
- Previous experience in wedding or hotel event planning (1 year minimum)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
