We are seeking an accomplished ROI Sales Manager to join us at a pivotal time of significant growth and investment in Ireland, helping shape the future of our Water Utilities business.This is a strategic business development role, focused on expanding Sulzer's presence in the Water Utilities sector, particularly in the Wastewater market, with a strong emphasis on rotating equipment. We are seeking a highly respected professional, well-connected within the Irish Water market, capable of driving substantial growth and delivering results from day one.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Sulzer's footprint in the ROI Water Utilities sector.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Wastewater market.
  • Leverage an established network of industry contacts to influence decision-makers and accelerate growth.
  • Build and maintain enduring relationships with key stakeholders in water utilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions involving rotating equipment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven track record of business development within the Irish Water/Wastewater market.
  • Well-connected and credible with key water utility stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding of rotating equipment, including pumps and motors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a high-growth, strategic market.
