Technical Services Lead

• Lead the delivery of all technical services across the site, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage a skilled team of technical staff, driving accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Operate and oversee facility management systems including BMS, Maximo, GMARS, or comparable tools.
• Ensure full alignment with GMP and health & safety regulations across all service lines.
• Use KPIs to track service outcomes and identify areas for optimisation and innovation.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate performance and updates internally and externally.
• Build trusted partnerships with key client stakeholders, ensuring clear, responsive communication at all times.

• Proven experience managing technical operations within a GMP-compliant or similarly regulated setting.
• At least 2 years’ experience leading people in a technical or engineering context.
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence, with the ability to lead meetings and represent business interests.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to team leadership and cross-departmental coordination.
• Comfortable navigating complex technical systems and responding flexibly to site demands.

• Salary up to €70,000, depending on experience.
