- Support the end-to-end execution of paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, regulatory requirements, and platform best practices
- Work with brand teams to gather inputs, align on messaging, and confirm campaign goals and timelines
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to request assets, review drafts, and ensure timely delivery for platform deployment
- Prepare and submit content for approval through MLR platforms (e.g., Veeva), ensuring all required documents are in place and version control is maintained
- Monitor live campaigns, flagging performance issues or engagement spikes, and making real-time adjustments where needed
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the monthly content calendar across all platforms
- Support production of short-form content using Canva, Adobe tools, or AI tools (e.g., Synthesia for quick videos, ChatGPT for caption drafting)
- Maintain asset libraries and ensure consistent naming, version control, and tagging
- Stay current on platform changes and assist in maintaining best practice guidelines for internal use
- Track key metrics such as engagement, impressions, CTR, and conversions using native platform dashboards or Google Analytics
- Assist in compiling monthly and campaign wrap-up reports with visuals, KPIs, and actionable observations
- Proactively share observations or quick wins (e.g., best performing formats, top-performing copy) with the Digital Strategy Manager
- Conduct regular social listening to monitor sentiment, brand perception, industry conversations, and competitor activity.
- Identify trends and emerging topics to inform content strategy and uncover opportunities for proactive engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in social media execution, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or another regulated environment
- Solid understanding of major platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X), including ad specs and format requirements
- Hands-on experience scheduling and publishing content via tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with MLR approval systems such as Veeva or similar
- Proficiency in Canva and basic Adobe tools; video editing experience a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple timelines
- Comfortable using UTM parameters, working with performance dashboards, and reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Collaborative and proactive with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics like SEO, paid search, programmatic, display, and email marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Other European language a plus (preferably Spanish or German)
- Google Analytics Certification is a plus
