- Create, curate, and publish engaging and brand-consistent content that supports brand, B2C and B2B, customer-facing events, customer rewards and benefits, sponsorship activations, and so on.
- Build and nurture online communities by encouraging positive conversation through community management and fostering a sense of connection with the brand.
- Drive engagement and brand visibility across owned social channels by creating and optimising content to improve key performance indicators, including engagement rate, reach, click-through rate (CTR), sentiment, and community growth, using analytics tools.
- Tailor content to platform best practices (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook), ensuring tone, format, and creative assets are fit for purpose.
- Actively manage and interface with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment with broader marketing priorities and help build a connected, engaged online community. You will also liaise with third party creative agencies to develop best in class content and creative.
- Demonstrable experience in content creation with proficiency in photography, videography, and editing, with the ability to capture, produce, and repurpose high-quality content for social media.
- The ability to generate original, on-brand ideas and produce rich, engaging content across multiple formats that support brand and campaign objectives, and encourage interaction and sharing.
- A creative mindset with significant social media expertise and in-depth knowledge of key social platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), including content best practices, platform algorithms, and audience behaviours.
- Analytics and performance insight, with skill using analytics tools to interpret data, track performance metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, CTR, sentiment), and apply insights to optimise content approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple content streams, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
