- Assist with day-to-day administrative functions such as document filing and record-keeping;
- Coordinate meeting and appointments;
- Oversee travel logistics including travel scheduling and accommodation;
- Managed communications, via phone and email;
- Organise events, both internal and external, including meeting room bookings and catering;
- Ad hoc duties as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to learn and adapt while having a pro-active mindset;
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
