IT Infrastructure Engineer (L3 Server On Prem & Cloud)Long Term ContractDublin City Centre based, hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite) Requirements:4+ years working in a Level 3 supportServer, On-Premise/Cloud, Virtualisation:Deep understanding and working knowledge of VMware, Windows Server.7+ years of Microsoft Azure / AWS experience involving design, deployment, configuration, support and optimisation.Competence in a wide range of IT skills including cloud technologies Azure/AWS, networking, systems administration and security.Deep understanding and working knowledge of primary Azure services (Virtual Machines, Active Directory, Automation, Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights).Hands-on experience with IaC - Azure Blueprints/ Terraform, ARM templates.Solid experience with at least one common scripting language (Python, PowerShell or Bash).Windows SQL in an on-premise environment including Windows Active Directory & group policies and relevant application systems.Experience in Backup / recoveryExperience in complex root cause analysis & log analysis.Experience working with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions.Experience with Firewall technology - Fortigate & WAFs.Must have a good working knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.Desktop EUC:7+ years support of the Microsoft Suite with a focus on O365, SharePoint, InTune, Viva, Azure & Entra and Power Automate.Hands on experience and competent in a wide range of IT skills including Group Policies, AD, SCCM and VMWare, Azure Windows Desktop.Windows 11 roll outs.Solid experience with at least one common scripting language (Python, PowerShell or Bash).Fluent in mechanisms such as anti-virus, peripheral, workstations, and cloudExperience in root cause analysis & log analysis.Must have a working knowledge of networking concepts and technologies including VPN, Fortigate & WAFs (there could be movement into this area).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling efficient troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.*Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in the Republic of Ireland without restriction Please get in touch with Ellen at Reperio for more information Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
