The Role:The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all healthcare professionals placed in permanent roles meet regulatory, legal, and client-specific compliance standards. This role supports the recruitment team by managing candidate documentation, verifying credentials, and ensuring adherence to Irish healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities

Collect, review, and verify candidate documentation
Ensure all candidates meet requirements set by regulatory bodies to work in Ireland
Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital records in compliance systems
Ensure all compliance files are audit-ready and GDPR compliant
Support internal and external audits
Identify and resolve compliance gaps before candidate placement
Work closely with clients and recruiters to ensure timely onboarding of candidates
Liaise with clients and candidates to chase outstanding documents
Ensure processes align with General Data Protection Regulation requirements

Key Requirements

Minimum of three years experience preferably in compliance, administration, Knowledge of Irish healthcare compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple candidate files simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems
Must have the right to work in Ireland

Desirable

Experience in permanent healthcare recruitment
Understanding of Irish employment permits/visa compliance
Experience working with HSE frameworks or private healthcare providers
