We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Business Support Coordinator to provide critical support across lead management, marketing communications, reporting, and general administration. This position is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities without requiring formal marketing qualifications.
Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Monitor, qualify, and assign incoming leads using Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and generate weekly reports for management.
- Support the sales team with key data, reports, and updates.
- Prepare and reconcile bi-annual sales commission reports.
- Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Share machine deliveries, promotions, and campaign updates relevant to the local market.
- Coordinate email campaigns via Mailchimp, no design or creative experience required.
- Attend meetings related to SEO, digital presence, and supplier marketing
- Handle customer renewals for the Livelink Telematics system and update internal systems accordingly.
- Submit warranty and machine demo reports.
- Provide administrative support across departments, including occasional machine invoicing during absences.
- Research and book flights, accommodation, and transfers for team members.
- Liaise with external logistics and accommodation providers to coordinate smooth travel experiences.
- 2+ years in a similar administrative, sales coordination, or support role.
- Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and ideally Mailchimp.
- Confidence using social media platforms for business communication.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
