- Lead the commercial management of projects in line with company procedures and best practice.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and cost-to-complete reports.
- Oversee measurement of works and preparation of interim and final valuations.
- Prepare and review client applications and support the invoicing process.
- Manage procurement strategies for subcontractors and materials.
- Assess subcontractor applications, manage valuations, payments and final accounts.
- Administer construction contracts, including variations, change control and claims.
- Identify, manage and report commercial risks and opportunities.
- Provide commercial support and guidance to Project and Site Management teams.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting for senior management.
- Attend site as required to support commercial activities and project delivery.
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ post-graduate experience in a quantity surveying role.
- Previous experience in roofing, cladding or façade systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.
- Excellent commercial, numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of working across remote and site-based teams.
- High level of IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook; Microsoft Project / Primavera an advantage).
- Full, current driving licence.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel to European project sites as required.
