Senior Quantity Surveyor - Remote

• Lead the commercial management of projects in line with company procedures and best practice.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and cost-to-complete reports.
• Oversee measurement of works and preparation of interim and final valuations.
• Prepare and review client applications and support the invoicing process.
• Manage procurement strategies for subcontractors and materials.
• Assess subcontractor applications, manage valuations, payments and final accounts.
• Administer construction contracts, including variations, change control and claims.
• Identify, manage and report commercial risks and opportunities.
• Provide commercial support and guidance to Project and Site Management teams.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting for senior management.
• Attend site as required to support commercial activities and project delivery.

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ post-graduate experience in a quantity surveying role.
• Previous experience in roofing, cladding or façade systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Excellent commercial, numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of working across remote and site-based teams.
• High level of IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook; Microsoft Project / Primavera an advantage).
• Full, current driving licence.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel to European project sites as required.
